We use systematic project management approaches for our projects. By project management configuration we mean the targeted and customer-oriented adaptation of our project management approaches.

With the help of our "Project Management Configuration" we configure our approaches in relation to the customer's needs.
Project management approach configuration
Important for the configuration of the project management approach is the definition of a reasonable degree of standardization in the project management processes and dimensions.
The degree of standardization depends on:
- the integration of the projects:
- within a project program, the degree of standardization should be high
- the frequency of repetition of similar projects:
- the repetition improves the value of investments in standards
- the repeated use of the same people for the project work:
- Learning curves for new projects become much steeper with
- the equality of reporting and coordination channels:
- Managers in the organizational structure appreciate similar status, management.
A key outcome of the project management configuration is a qualification strategy for project managers and staff.
The qualification of project managers and employees must be measured against the skills required for the project work. In our experience, the skills required for complex projects cannot be acquired through training measures. Instead, we recommend a situation-specific appropriate mix of training, coaching and personal experience. This mix is determined as part of the project management configuration.
