Our way of working

Our consulting process typically consists of the following steps:

• Understanding: Depending on the customer requirements, a 1-2 hour interview with the internal project initiator is conducted up to a basic analysis of the market requirements as well as the processes and competencies of an overall company.
• Thinking: Our understanding of the challenges of our customers is the basis for a thorough thinking about possible solutions and approaches. This reflection is a mixture of creativity, experience, research and communication. Communication takes place with the client's employees as well as with the experts who seem to us to be best suited to the problem at hand. In doing so, we can search as widely as we like in our large network, without being bound by company boundaries.
• Recommend: We recommend clear approaches to solutions and procedures. Recommendation can mean involving our consultants and cooperation partners, it can also mean hints on how to solve the challenges without our help.
• Deliver/Support: Depending on the recommendations and the client's decision, we deliver concretely agreed results or support the client's employees methodically and/or in terms of content. In doing so, the described consulting process is repeated again and again.

If concrete results are agreed upon, we can offer our clients pricing models that go beyond the usual time-fee approach.

Particular strengths of Gordi Consult

Due to our extensive experience and specific methods, we can limit analysis phases to a necessary minimum. In case of greater need, we work with the principle of "parameterized progressive level of detail". The analyses are evaluated on the basis of parameters derived from the objectives agreed with the customer. On the basis of the parameters, it is decided at which points the analyses must progress. In this way, the analyses are deepened selectively where there is a clear need to achieve the same depth of analysis rather than across the board.
